WARRANTY
All networking items and HDD items come with ONE year(s) warranty.
1) If unit dosen't work normally within 5 inspection days after arrival, new replacement will be shipped as soon as defected is received. Two-way shipping fee is under seller's expense.
2) If defects occurred during warranty, repaired replacement would be offered as soon as defected is received. Two-way shipping fee is under seller's expense. |
RMA POLICY
1) Buyer fills in the RMA Form with correct defective reason in details.
